Financial Policies
Health and controlling the cause of disease along with esthetic and restorative dentistry are an excellent investment in an individual's well-being. We firmly believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We are sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs so we provide different payment options to our patients. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

Payment Options:

5% Discount for payment in full day of service for patients without insurance
10% Senior discount for payment in full day of service for patients without insurance
0% interest loan through 5th 3rd Bank
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Checks

*Discount does not apply to credit/debit card payment.

Insurance Accepted:

Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. If you are responsible for a co-payment, we require that this be paid when treatment begins. Many of our treatments are covered by medical insurance.  Dental offices are considered out-of-network providers and these payments will be paid by the insurance company to the patient, not assignable to our office.  Therefore, the patient will be responsible for these charges the day of service and the insurance reimbursement will be paid directly to the patient.

Fifth Third Bank

Our office also works with Fifth Third Bank to assist you in obtaining a 0% line of credit for 12 months to assist you with your payments. For qualified applicants, interest-free payments can be spread over a 3, 6 or 12 month period. Finance company approval must be obtained prior to starting your treatment. Please see our office staff for information and they can provide extended payment options if needed beyone 12 months.

Extended Payment Plans

  • 24, 36, 48, & 60 month plan options
  • For procedure fees from $1,000 to over $25,000
  • 13.90% interest rate
  • Monthly payments as low as $25 for a $1,000 fee balance
